What a 6:30 AM routine teaches a sales manager about discipline

The habits that separate consistent teams from lucky ones.

Every morning at 6:30 AM, the Golden Hour session starts on time — whether five people join or five hundred. That consistency is the lesson.

Teams do not become consistent because of motivation. They become consistent because of rhythm: the same review on the same day, the same follow-up standard, the same coaching conversation.

Build your team's rhythm

  1. Fix one weekly pipeline review and never cancel it.
  2. Agree on a daily minimum of activity, not just a monthly target.
  3. Celebrate the behaviour, not only the result.

Discipline is not a personality trait. It is a schedule you keep.
